Family-based immigration
Bringing a family together is some of the most important work we do. Adam helps U.S. citizens and permanent residents petition for their relatives, and guides families through green card applications and interviews.

- Temporary worker petitions, prepared precisely and filed on time.
- E-1 and E-2 treaty traders and investors
- Petitions for traders and investors from treaty countries, built for accuracy and timely review.
- B-1 business visitors

- F-1 students

- K-1 fiancé(e)s
- A clear path for the fiancé(e)s of U.S. citizens who want to marry and build a life here.
- R-1 religious workers
- Lawful entry for religious workers who serve their communities.
Denials and inadmissibility
When USCIS or a consulate denies an application, or labels a family member “inadmissible,” it can feel final. Often it is not. Adam reviews the decision, digs into the record, and gathers the documents and evidence your case needs. Then he explains which options may be open to you, such as filing again, asking the agency to reopen or reconsider, or applying for a waiver.
Protect yourself from immigration scams
No one can guarantee immigration approval. Only USCIS decides. Ads that promise the “fastest” or “guaranteed” results are usually scams. Work only with a licensed attorney, and check official information at uscis.gov.
